Your Abstract at ECCMID 2023

Abstract Selection

Regular and case report/series abstracts are sent for review at the beginning of December 2022. In mid-January ECCMID Programme Committee is meeting to select and accept (or reject) abstracts for ECCMID 2023. You should receive a notification regarding the decision on your submission with all necessary information by the beginning of February 2023.

 

ECCMID Programme Committee also assigns abstracts to oral or poster presentations. Please find details of all sessions planned for ECCMID 2023 HERE.

 

If your abstract is accepted for a poster presentation, please note the following:

 

  • It is obligatory for all poster presenters to upload an ePoster or an ePoster with voice-over to ECCMID 2023 platform (exact format and dates will be posted here soon)
  • We recommend that all delegates who travel to Copenhagen bring a paper poster to participate in the paper poster session and take advantage of these great networking events.

 

IMPORTANT: for ECCMID 2023, we provide poster boards to fit poster A0 format in the portrait orientation (W841xH1189 mm; W33.1xH46.8 in)
