Poster and Poster Session Information
Upload of the electronic version of the poster (ePoster) is mandatory for all presenters. All poster presenters must upload the ePoster of their accepted abstracts to the ECCMID 2023 virtual platform by the 1st of April 2023. Our link to upload ePoster will remain active after the deadline. However, due to the technical inspection that must be applied to each ePoster, your poster upload to ECCMID virtual platform may be delayed.
For all presenting authors of accepted posters who will attend onsite in Copenhagen on 15-18th April 2023, you will be given a chance to present your paper poster during the dedicated paper poster session.

Posters and abstracts will be available on the ECCMID 2023 Online platform starting April 5th, 2023.
Paper Poster
Important: there is no poster printing service at the ECCMID 2023 venue in Copenhagen.

Certificates of the paper poster presentations will be sent to presenting authors in the last week of April 2023. Presenting authors are responsible for disseminating certificates among all poster co-authors.
Please note: for paper posters, we will provide certificates only to those who presented a printed poster in the required A0 portrait format.

ePoster
The mandatory electronic version of your poster can be uploaded to ECCMID 2023 platform only after the presenting author of the poster completes registration for ECCMID 2023.
There are two possible formats of the ePoster:
- ePoster a single page, .pdf file, A0 portrait or landscape orientation, up to 3178.5px x 4493.8px, no larger than 1GB
- ePoster with voiceover as a single file, .mp4 video file, A0 portrait or landscape orientation, up to 3178.5px x 4493.8px, no larger than 3GB, recording no longer than 5 min*
*Please note that recordings longer than 5 min will not be displayed on our platform.
All ePosters must be submitted to the ECCMID 2023 platform no later than 1st of April 2023.
ePosters and respective abstracts will be available for viewing by delegates on our platform during ECCMID 2023 and after until 15th October 2023. There are no dedicated online ePoster sessions, but presenting authors can expect to be contacted by delegates with questions regarding posters via chat.
